Fees and Disbursements 

• Hourly rates for work completed by LVConseils’ legal and governance advisers are competitive and range from $150 to $250 / hour (plus taxes) depending on the complexity of the work and seniority of the professional

• Hourly rates for our administrative staff vary between $80 and $110 / hour depending on the degree of expertise required

• Disbursements such as photocopies, long distance calls, etc. are tallied without mark-ups

• These rates are applicable as of January 1, 2009

• Fees and disbursements are billed monthly and are payable net 30 days

• Our engagement letters and service offerings are personalised to meet the specific needs of each of our clients
